On your Order Summary page, you’ll find the Order Chat window on the right-hand side. This is your direct line to the Concierge team member assigned to your project.
The Order chat consists of the Brand Manager and Concierge team member assigned to your order. Communicate details about planning, pricing and other order related needs through this chat.
