Tim is a serial tech entrepreneur with nearly 20 years and 6 ventures behind him. Tim is most known for founding and building world leading video creation platform – 90 Seconds which is a Sequoia & VC backed venture he’s raised over US$35m for.
Tim has taken 90 Seconds from zero to profitable with a team of around 100 people.
Originally from New Zealand, Tim is a proud kiwi, was born on a farm, and loves nature. Tim has lived in several countries in Asia and the US, and travels extensively for business and life from his main home base in Singapore on the tropical equator.
Co-founder and head of the Global Growth team at 90 Seconds, Nick is a passionate technology entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in business development and sales management.
Nick pioneered the international growth of the business, establishing the brand across 200 global clients and playing an instrumental role in the expansion into the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and MENA.
An amateur winemaker, golfer and fisherman, Nick is a proud Kiwi and always finds time to follow the national sporting teams over a beer or two.
CFO and previously Chief of Staff, Ryan fronts Finance, Corp Dev, Investor Relations and CEO's Office. He also works closely with the Board and has since in his tenure completed multiple funding rounds for the business and is now looking at meaningful M&A & IPO opportunities for 90 Seconds.
Internally, as CFO and lead of CEO’s Office, Ryan works with the team and Board to identify and develop solutions in growing and restructuring the business.
Jessica is a senior management professional with over two decades of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, she has spent over 14 years in the region, successfully driving growth for tech, marketing, and digital companies. Jess has expertise in P&L management, go-to-market strategy, business development, and scaling operations for both global organizations and startups. Known for launching 90 Seconds’ presence in Greater China/North Asia, she is recognized for her innovative strategies and commitment to building lasting partnerships.
Corinne has over 20 years of experience in sales and management spanning South-East Asia and the UK. Prior to joining the 90 Seconds team, she led sales teams in SEA and London for Getty Images for 16 years, including six years as Head of Sales for SEA. In her role at Getty Images, she was responsible for implementing successful sales strategies and building and scaling high-performing sales teams across the region.
In addition to her extensive experience in SEA, Corinne has spent more than 10 years working in the media sector in London, focusing on growing and developing digital content in Fleet Street.
Witek is a seasoned technology leader. He is passionate about accelerating technical departments’ growth, mentoring, and training.
Over the years of hands-on experience, managing and improving software architecture as CTO and Head of Engineering, he developed a unique style that always puts the team in the center, encourages problem-solving, and high automation level while keeping ceremonies at the minimum.

Jake is a passionate product leader, who draws on a full mix of practical and domain experience across UX design, product management, and digital and content marketing.

Having spent his time pre-covid bouncing around between Berlin and San Francisco, he’s now enjoying some time at home in the Far North of New Zealand talking about sport and throwing himself down hills on his mountain bike.

As Head of Marketing at 90 Seconds, Rubina drives the Go-To-Market strategy and spearheads initiatives to enhance the brand’s global visibility. Her passion for tech and expertise in growth marketing, content development and data analysis, has consistently driven business growth.
A prominent figure in her local marketing community, Rubina also serves as a Director of Digital Adelaide, the largest marketing conference in South Australia, that supports professional development for marketers.
Rachelle is a highly accomplished producer with over 17 years of experience in media and tech. As the Head of Concierge & Success at 90 Seconds, Rachelle leads global teams, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across the company. Her expertise spans large-scale projects in digital, tech, broadcast, and influencer marketing, making her a pivotal figure in 90 Seconds’ success. Rachelle is also an advocate for health and well-being, maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Mitchell has a decade of experience in production and technology. Prior to joining 90 Seconds, he led Shootsta’s global production team, managing over 50 editors and animators. At 90 Seconds, Mitch has taken on roles including Production Service Manager and Service Lead, contributing to the development of core services like “Run My Creation.”
Now Head of Marketplace Services, Mitch ensures seamless delivery of services for leading brands. He enjoys the outdoors, often engaging in travel and camping.
