90 Seconds has introduced a new Delivery app designed to enhance the workflow for Brands and Creators. With clear task-based workflows, real-time tracking, and an improved approval system, Brands can now monitor project progress more efficiently, ensure smoother collaboration with Creators, and receive high-quality content with greater ease. This guide walks you through the process step-by-step.
Accessing the Creator Team Chat
To speak directly with the Creator(s) assigned to a specific service (like a Directed Shoot), access the Delivery app.
Here’s how:
- At the top of the Order Summary page, click the Delivery button.

- You will be redirected to the Delivery app, where your services are listed under “Coming Up.”
Note: Pricing is not displayed on our delivery app (this is only viewable in the order summary page between yourself and the 90 Seconds team)

- In the Service Specific Chats section, select the service you want (e.g; Directed Shoot).

- Click on it to open the private communication channel with the creators. See how it works in the GIF below:
- These chats are delivery-specific and only include assigned creators relevant to the service delivery.
Example: Camera Operators delivering shoot services will not be able to view messages sent in the Edit Service chat.

- You can coordinate shoot details, provide feedback and request for updates throughout delivery.
Viewing Deliverables and Content
Once your delivery progresses and content is delivered by Creators, you can view Footage and Edit videos through the Content App.
Select a Delivery page

Click ‘Content’ on the top right of the Delivery page

Select the footage you wish to view through the content app

Watch the footage through the Content App player.

For Edit services, clicking into the content app will direct you to the player to view edit videos. You can leave timestamped feedback on the player for Creators.

This is how your comments appear on the content app.

Creators are able to respond to you directly on the Content app as well as the Delivery app.
Head back to the Delivery app by clicking on the Delivery button on the top right.

To check on updates or clarify something, use the chat window available on the right to continue communication with the Creator team:
