Add Skill button still greyed out? You probably still need to select the work example you wish to add.
- Select the skill you wish to apply for
- Choose the Service Level and Job Size
- Add your work examples – enter the URL for the video example that you want linked to this skill. Make sure to select the thumbnail of the correct video(s) after you’ve entered the URL. The example is selected when the circle in the right hand corner changes colour and is filled with a check mark (see below).
Now you should be able to select “Add Skill” in the top right corner of the window.
