How do I raise an issue?

Whether you want to talk to your 90 Seconds Production Service Manager directly, ask for an update, or change the time of your delivery, we’ve got you covered. Don’t rush to a live chat for support immediately – all communication will be made via the activity feed in your project page, it looks like this.

Here you can directly raise issues, provide comments and request changes with the Production Service Manager and Brand Client.

All activity throughout the project will appear in this feed, including when files are uploaded.

Simply type your comment in the dialogue box and press Add Comment. All project members will be alerted to your comment and will be able to respond immediately.

What if I need to make a request whilst on the move?

Not a problem! We’ve released a mobile app designed specifically for Creators. Once downloaded and logged in, you’ll be able to manage all your chats on the go – just like a regular messenger!
