Using the Dashboard: Your Central Hub

Your dashboard remains the primary place to access all your gigs, whether they’re on the existing system or part of the new workflows.

  • Existing Jobs: Jobs on the existing system will still function as before, and you’ll be routed to the correct tools automatically.
  • New Workflows: New jobs will direct you to the new Delivery interface, where you’ll manage tasks in a streamlined way.

Key Tip: Always start from the dashboard to ensure you’re directed to the right system for each gig.

Understanding Jobs vs. Workflows

It’s important to understand the change between jobs and workflows. In the existing system, each task was considered a job. In the new system, workflows are the step-by-step process required to complete that job, including specific tasks you’ll need to mark as complete in Delivery.

How the Delivery Interface Works

For new jobs, Delivery will be your central hub to manage tasks and track progress. Here’s how it works:

  • View Progress: You’ll see all tasks within a job, categorized as In-Progress, Upcoming, or Completed.
  • Filter Tasks: You can filter by service type, such as shoots or edits, to focus on specific workflows.
  • Mark Tasks as Complete: After finishing a task, make sure to mark it as complete in Delivery. This ensures transparency and keeps projects moving smoothly.

Quick Access to the Brief

For every gig, the Brief is always available on the Matching page. If you ever need to review the project details, requirements, or expectations, you can quickly access them here. This helps you stay aligned with the project goals.

How the New Navigation Helps You

The updated left-hand menu streamlines how you navigate the platform:

  • Chats: Manage all conversations across matching, orders, and deliveries. Chats are now integrated with navigation, letting you jump directly to tasks and updates.
  • Matching: Review gig applications and access briefs directly.
  • Delivery: Quickly access ongoing tasks and mark them as complete.
