Two ways in

Start from a camera, or start from your archive.

Most brands need both. A native shoot for the moments that carry the brand, and a steady supply of derivatives from everything else you create. 90 Seconds runs both through the same platform, the same brief and the same review.

Social Native Production

Create natively

Plan, shoot, edit

The brief starts in the shape it will be published in. Composition, blocking, captions and the hook are decided at capture, not rescued in post. One shoot covers both: the 16:9 your site and YouTube channel need, and the social cuts that go with it.

  • The 16:9 and the social cuts from one day
  • Sound-off legibility built into the edit
  • Local crew, local language, no flights
How native creation works
Social Derivatives Videos

Derive from existing

Footage, films, events, webinars

You already own more social content than you think. Event coverage, brand films, customer stories, webinars and raw rushes get recut, reframed and captioned into channel-native assets, without a second shoot.

  • Recut and reframed per channel
  • Captioned and localised per market
  • Delivered as a set, not a single file
How derivatives work

One shoot, every format

Social is not a second production.

A day of filming is not one video. Staged properly it is a set: the 16:9 your site and YouTube channel need, and every social ratio and length that goes with it, captioned and localised per market. One brief, one shoot day, one budget.

Social Native Production

Native is not a crop. It is a different brief.

A social asset is decided long before the edit. Three stages, each with its own set of decisions that cannot be recovered later.

01Plan

The brief starts in the shape it ships in

Channel and ratio are decided before anyone picks up a camera, because they change the shot list. Safe zones are mapped so captions and product never sit where the platform's own UI will cover them. The hook is written for the first two seconds, not built to over ten.

  • Channel set and ratios agreed up front
  • Safe zones mapped before the shoot
  • Hook written for the opening seconds
02Shoot

Framed at capture, in the market it is for

Lens choice, subject distance and blocking are staged for a tall frame. A Creator Partner who lives in the market shoots it, so the street, the accent and the delivery read as local. Where you need both shapes, the day is staged to deliver both natively rather than cropping one from the other.

  • Vertical-first staging and blocking
  • Local Creator Partners in 110+ countries
  • Both ratios captured natively where needed
03Edit

Cut for a sound-off feed, per channel

Captions are treated as design, not an accessibility afterthought. Pacing is built for the scroll. Each channel gets its own export at the right ratio and length, rather than one master poured into every placement and padded or cropped to fit.

  • Captions designed into the frame
  • Per-channel exports at the right spec
  • Localised versions per market

The Channel Reference

Every channel, exactly.

Who is actually there, what shapes each surface takes, and how long you have. Verified against each platform's own documentation on 25 August 2026. Some publish far less than others, and China's platforms least of all. Where a platform does not publish something, this says so rather than filling the gap.

LENGTH
3 seconds to 30 minutes, 15 to 30 seconds recommended
This is LinkedIn's paid guidance, not an organic rule. The widely-quoted 4:5 lead comes from here.
NOTEThe often-repeated "15 minutes on desktop, 10 on mobile" is out of date. LinkedIn now publishes 15 minutes for member posts; the 10-minute cap belongs to Company Pages.
On safe zones

No pixel margins are quoted here, because the platforms no longer publish them. Meta retired its old 250-pixel Stories guidance and now ships a safe-zone guardrail inside Ads Manager instead. TikTok's numbers live inside downloadable templates. LinkedIn only says to keep the edges clear. Anyone printing exact margins is quoting a retired spec.

On dates

Specifications verified 25 August 2026 against each platform's own documentation. Audience figures carry their own dates above, and are older. These limits change often and roll out unevenly by account, tier and device. Check the current spec before a campaign, and treat any undated guide with suspicion.

Why it is worth doing properly

The feed rewards what was made for it.

This is not a style preference. The platforms have published the research themselves, and it points the same way every time: native framing, a real person, and captions that work in silence.

+41%
engagement for authentic content over staged, across 13,000 B2B video ads analysed
LinkedIn Creative Labs, 2025
73%
of video completions are driven by creative choices, not budget or production value
LinkedIn Creative Labs, 2025
44%
ad recall for vertical creative against 35% for horizontal. Purchase intent 8% against 3%
MAGNA Media Trials with TikTok, 2022
80%
of LinkedIn videos are watched with the sound off, which makes captions a design decision
LinkedIn Creative Labs, 2025

One honest caveat: the same MAGNA study found repurposed assets still lifted brand favourability. The finding is not that repurposing fails, it is that horizontal cuts dropped into vertical feeds underperform badly. Sound is its own split: LinkedIn and Meta feeds are sound-off first, while 88% of TikTok users say sound is essential to the experience (Kantar for TikTok, 2021). Native means designing for each, not exporting once.

Social Derivatives Videos

You already own your next series of social posts.

Every shoot you have ever run left more on the drive than it delivered. Send us the footage or the finished videos, and we cut them into channel-native social assets: reframed, captioned, localised and exported per platform.

No second shoot. No new brief. The same platform, the same review, the same delivery.

What we can start from
Event and conference coverage
Keynotes, panels, floor interviews and reaction shots.
Brand films and campaign masters
The hero film you already paid for, recut for the feed.
Customer stories and testimonials
One interview becomes a run of proof clips.
Webinars and internal recordings
Long-form sessions mined for the moments worth posting.
Raw rushes and archive footage
Everything captured but never cut, back in circulation.
Product and demo footage
Feature walkthroughs reframed for a phone.

Selected work

Social we have already made.

Purpose-built short-form, and social cuts derived from longer films. Both routes, real brands, real delivery.

Every market, natively

A social video cannot hide where it was made.

Pre-roll played in a small window inside a page, so a foreign-market asset passed unnoticed. Social plays full-screen on a phone held by one person. That changes what the viewer can see, and it is why localising in post does not work.

The face fills the frame
A vertical video is mostly one person. Their look, their accent, their delivery are the video.
There is nowhere to cut away
No wide establishing shot, no b-roll to hide behind. The street behind them is the whole set.
The judgement is instant
Viewers place a clip as from here or not from here in about two seconds, then keep scrolling.
So we shoot it there.
Local Creator Partners film in the market your audience lives in, to the same brief, in every market at once. Not a crew flown in, and not a foreign asset subtitled afterwards.
